    减肥小记

          回美国以后开始减肥,最近有些认识。

          第一,是了解每日热量摄入量。一般中轻度体力劳动者热量消耗分三大块:基本新陈代谢,运动,和消化食物。基本消耗取决于年龄、身高、体重,具体计算公式如下:基本代谢消耗(大卡)=655.096+9.563*体重(公斤)+1.85*身高(厘米)-4.676*年龄(岁),像笔者经计算为1712.114大卡。运动的情况因人而异,大体上可以参考这里:http://www.yacou.net/yy/yy2/4-rcyd/index.htm简单说,读书、看电视、走路最少,游泳最多。消化食物大约需要食物10%热量,可以算在吸收率里面。总而言之,很多餐馆使用的2000大卡只是粗略估计全天需要的热量,需要酌情增减。

          第二,是减肥需要消耗多少热量。每消耗一公斤脂肪需要消耗7500大卡,也就是说,如果每天摄入1500大卡热量,但不太运动,每两周可以减一公斤脂肪。不过这是理论上的情况,实际上节食也消耗肌肉,降低新陈代谢程度。

          第三,是去哪些餐馆容易减肥,哪些容易增肥。据笔者调查,比较容易减肥的是赛百味(subway),蔬菜、牛肉、鸡胸、火腿、火鸡等三明治(6英寸)的热量都在350大卡以下,脂肪含量在5.5克以下,非常健康,因为远远低于每日脂肪需求大约60克的标准。但是注意少吃赛百味的金枪鱼三明治,因为热量大约530大卡,脂肪含量31克!麦当劳的食物不太健康,1美元的小汉堡、薯条等热量大多二三百,3-5美元的大汉堡热量有500大卡以上,尤其注意双层吉士汉堡(double cheese burger)是最不健康的,被评为F级,但是很多人乐此不疲。而汉堡王(burger king)就更不健康了,很多汉堡热量达到了800甚至1000大卡,三层牛肉汉堡(triple whopper)的热量是1380大卡,脂肪85克,简直投到火炉里面烧得比干柴都好,可惜贵了点。笔者建议汉堡王餐厅干脆往三层牛肉汉堡里面再加些料,凑够2000大卡,100克脂肪,就取名“day-pass whopper”,吃了这个,一天就通过了,特别适合那些宅男宅女们节省时间和精力。

    自由泳耗费热量最大 但坚持400m 我就崩溃了~~
